Admissions

A processing fee of $50 will be applied to each application submitted to Verity.

Print your application.

If you are interested in studying music, you must also fill out the music program application in addition to the standard application.

If you are interested in the Nursing Plus program, you must also fill out the Nursing Plus application in addition to the standard application.
Complete your application.

Your application is carefully reviewed in the decision-making process regarding your acceptance into the Verity program. It is looked at for both content and form. Whereas a messy, unorganized application gives us a negative impression, a thorough, organized application speaks volumes about a person’s character.
Print and distribute your reference forms.

After filling out the upper section of the parent, employer, and pastor reference forms, it is recommended that you distribute them in a stamped envelope addressed to the Verity program. This will simplify the application process. Another way to expedite the completion of the reference forms is to contact your references a week after you have distributed them and give a friendly reminder.
Send in your application.

When you send in your application, it is important to ensure that you have everything needed in your packet. This includes the following:
- Application *
- $30 application fee ($50 if submitted after 5/15/2008)
- Copy of your ACT or SAT scores
- High school or college transcripts

Students applying to Verity must meet the following requirements:

Yielded follower of Jesus Christ
18 years-of-age by the first day of orientation
Basic Seminar attendence (or Telos BLP 101)

Completion of SAT I or ACT

* Music students and Nursing Plus students also need to return the additional applications.
